    Cunningham's Gap Reconstruction Project

    From 6pm on Friday 6 September until 5am on Tuesday 10 September, all traffic will be under a single lane through Cunninghams Gap on the Cunningham Highway. A reduced speed limit of 40km/hr will be in place for the safety of road users and work crews. Road users are advised to expect delays and plan ahead. Oversize- vehicle access will be temporarily closed, so please check Conditions of Operations Database to find an alternative route.

    The Tenterfield Horticultural Society is having a birthday and wants you to help celebrate its 95th year by coming to the Spring Garden Expo. This free entry event will be held on Saturday 21st September at the Memorial Hall Molesworth Street in Tenterfield. There’ll be a range of garden trade stalls with a wide variety of trees, potted plants, natives and seeds. A program of presentations includes a spring fashion parade, gardening information sessions from local experts and a floral art display by Society members. A delicious morning tea and lunch are also available for $10 each. The Expo runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Why not put this in your diary and join us for a day of interest and fun.

    MZAZA bring their unique sound to Stanthorpe

    Brace yourselves for an exhilarating and otherworldly musical odyssey, as Australia's acclaimed folk/world music sensation, MZAZA, bring their unique sound to Stanthorpe on Saturday 12th of October. MZAZA are not strangers to the region, having performed to an audience of 400 at Harrigans Lane (The Piano Mill) in 2023.
    The show is part of a national tour that is taking the multi-award winning band to Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and the Northern Territory during a two and a half month tour spanning August to October 2024 that will see the 6 piece ensemble visit over 19 major venues and arts festivals, including Darwin Festival, New Annual Festival in Newcastle, and the North Australian Festival of Arts in Townsville.
    In Stanthorpe, MZAZA will conduct free workshops for local musicians and singers of any age and skill level that are a fun introduction to French, Ladino and Balkan music.

They are calling on Italian grandmothers in Queensland (and the Northern Territory) to enter their competition to have your unique traditional Italian recipe featured in a global e-book as well as printed coffee table publication.     If you've found small items such as glasses, keys or other personal items, these can be left at the station for identification and collection.

    If you have lost or found a dog, cat, bird or other animal, Ten FM can put an announcement to air. However, we cannot accept found animals here at the station.

    Buy and Sell

    The Ten FM "Buy and Sell" segment is broadcast twice daily and is FREE for Ten FM members.

    For non-members the cost is $5.50 per notice per fortnight, and payment is required a time of booking.
